A Lot of people have had an opinion on the video.. I however think the video is great reflection of her album. Most people will not be able to get past the darkness of the video, thats only because its all been put in their heads. I however think the video shows how she is put into various situations in a relationship but she keeps coming back knowing that it could bring harm. The concept may not be easily understood by those who think art should always be full of joy. Its a great video artistically and visually. Better than her others! Maybe to much for some but i enjoyed it!

Darius Rucker Makes History At The CMA's!
I want to send a BIG congrats to Darius Rucker. I dint watch the CMA's but i heard that he won and get this Rucker is the the first black performer to win a Country Music Association Sward for Best New Artist. (say what?) Well, since leaving Hootie and the Blowfish, Rucker dropped his debut country album, 'Learn to Live.' The album reached platinum status and got Rucker three back-to-back No. 1 singles this year.*sidebar* Rucker is the second African-American artist to take home a CMA Award, following Charley Pride, who was named Entertainer of the Year and Male Vocalist back in 1971
Funny thing is there are several black country singers, but of course they don't get any shine! Congrats again!

Cindy Crawford and her husband Rande Gerber have fallen victim to an extortion plot. According to several reports the couple’s former nanny allegedly took a photo of their 7-year-old daughter Kaia bound and gagged to a chair and passed the photo onto to suspect Edis Kayalar. Kayalar is now using the picture in an attempted to extort $100,000 from the couple and has also repeatedly threatened to sell or release the photograph to the media if they failed to pay. According to court documents, Kaia told her parents the photo was taken during a game of “cops and robbers” with the nanny. The nanny as of right now has been deported back to Germany and if convicted of extortion, faces up to two years in prison. This nanny is sick!

Lou Dobbs Quits CNN & Says He Has Other Options
According to Lou Dobbs “some leaders in media, politics and business have been urging me to go beyond the role here at CNN and to engage in constructive problem solving as well as to contribute positively to the great understanding of the issues of our day.” he continues, “I’m considering a number of options and directions.”Yep you guessed it! Lou Dobbs, the longtime CNN anchor said Wednesday that he is leaving the cable news channel effective immediately! Word, is Mr. Dobbs has been in talks with some people over at FOX. But nothing has been set in stone. I this all very funny, i mean you give up your career to be something or someone that "other people" say you should be. Honestly i don't think politics is his thing. At least as far as running as a candidate for anything. Anyway CNN indicated that they will name a replacement for Mr. Dobbs on this Thursday morning. MUSIC VIDEO" LeToya Ft Ludacris "Regret"
i am so proud of LeToya, all the odds have been against her and she is still trucking! Her label dropped her, didn't give her any support on her newest album "Lady Lady," (Which is one of the best R&B albums this year) and Matthew Knowles has be paying people under the table to not play any or her songs. (so Rumor has it) But LeToya is still killing the charts with "Regret" reaching #78 on the Hot 100 and #8 on the Billboard R&B charts.

Wale Covers Honey Magazine He Talks Solange & New Album
On his album Attention Deficit
“This is my biography,” Wale says of Attention: Deficit, which leaked a couple of weeks before it’s official date. “It’s honest. Raw emotion. It’s close to me. That’s why part of me will be a little offended if it doesn’t get heard. I don’t want people to take lack of sales as me taking a hit. This is something different. My label is letting me put out an album with a single that released seven months ago. We’re not going for first week sales. We only shipping out 30,000 of them. We’re going for that grind. We’re showing people that you can build a fanbase the old fashioned way.”

On Solange
“I do love her,” he admits of Solange, flashing a Cheshire. “We’re friends. She’s amazing. She’s a good person. Any single mother contributing to society the way she does – I got a lot of love for them. She’s got to do a lot on her own and raise a young black man in this day and age so my hat goes off to her. She’s definitely an anomaly. And the way she can do that and manage to do the same things that I complain about having to do.”
His affection is as obvious as a set of flushed cheeks. And impossibly adorable. Wale, the former mixtape rapper from inner city DC, is borderline giddy. “Did you interview Solange about me?” Wale asks. He’s sprawled across his bed; head practically buried in the pillow. “Did she smile when you mentioned my name?”
On his peers
“I got work to do before I even catch up to Cudi and Drake,” he admits. “They’ve progressed a little bit quicker than I have. I worked twice as hard because I wasn’t fortunate enough to be under a successful rapper to inherit some of their fan base. I had to work for it all and my city had to hold me down.”

On relationships
“It’s about the intangibles in 2010,” he says. “The superficial shit is cool – like, yeah she can fuck, or she got a big butt. That’s the x factor. We’re not going to have sex 24/7 so we need to be friends. I want a girl who you could hijack all her extra artificial cosmetics for a week and not even notice. Somebody who’s smart and can stimulate me mentally because when you on the road it’s not like you can look at ‘em or touch ‘em. I can’t stand girls who don’t challenge their intellect. It don’t hurt if she can sing a little bit.”
